While we touched on and suggested some thought-provoking questions last week, this week we suggest making this a more regular practice. Why? Because as the pace of life continues to accelerate, more and more distractions can get in the way of our feeling fully connected with our vision and purpose.
So over the next week, we invite you to periodically reflect on and (ideally) jot down answers to these additional questions:
What are my vision and purpose right now in my life?
Am I living in alignment with a heartfelt vision that inspires and brings out the best in me? If not, how can I begin to move in that direction?
How do I serve and impact others in my life, whether at home, at work or in the sports/athletics world?
