Makes 1 serving
- ½ cup of your favorite milk (we prefer plant-based options like coconut, almond or oat!)
- ½ cup mixed berries (blackberries, blueberries, wild blueberries, raspberries, strawberries, etc) – fresh or frozen
- ¼ cup steel cut oats
- 3 pumps PurePower Daily Boost – Mixed Berry flavor
- ½ teaspoon turmeric
If you have a sweet tooth:
- 1tsp agave syrup, to taste
- a few drops of vanilla extract
If you prefer a thicker smoothie:
- 1tbsp silken tofu OR
- 1tbsp chia seeds OR
- ½ avocado
- Layer all the ingredients in a blender or smoothie-maker, starting with the softest (the plant milk) and going to the hardest (the berries). This helps everything to blend easily.
