If your experience with PurePower products is less than satisfactory, we will gladly refund your money. Product must be purchased within 60 days of return. Just answer a few short questions so we can improve your experience with PurePower.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund or believe it to be missing, first check your bank account and/or credit card company responsible for payment, as it may take some time before the refund is posted.
