Refund Policy

While we hope all of our customers love our products as much as we do, and they are completely satisfied and note an improvement in their well-being, we understand that each individual is unique and may not have the same experience as ours with our products. We will gladly refund your money – provided only that within 30 days of purchase you answer a few short questions so we can improve our customers’ experience with PurePower!

Please submit a refund request below. Once your request is received, a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven’t received a refund or believe it to be missing, first check your bank account or contact your credit card company depending on your original form of payment, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
