Take one serving (2 capsules) at least once daily, preferably 60 minutes before intense effort. For best results, take at least one serving (3 pumps) of Daily Boost at the same time, or more frequently throughout the day until you achieve your desired results (as your endocannabinoid system is a dynamic system that may need more or less support on a daily basis).
What’s inside?
480 mg of full spectrum Performance Hemp™ extract (16 mg per serving)
Plus our Inside-Out PowerUp Complex, a synergistic blend of other potent plants and minerals
Green Tea
It’s not the caffeine that matters — the amount of caffeine from green tea in Energy is negligible. It’s the polyphenols — especially the catechin called epigallocatechin gallate (EGCG) — that promote sustained high performance and overall health. Studies have endorsed green tea for promoting cardiovascular health — essential for vitality and resilience.
Cordyceps
A broad genus of fungi, Cordyceps have been used for centuries in Asia for its protective liver and respiratory properties, among other benefits. In addition, people turn to cordyceps to boost energy levels and manage stress. It is considered a potent immune-enhancing natural substance.
Lion’s Mane
A nootropic food widely used for eons in Chinese medicine, this mushroom is considered a potent antioxidant that may help reduce inflammation, support heart and circulatory system health, boost endurance, immune function and improve mental health and overall well-being.
Rhodiola
This fragrant root found all over the Northern Hemisphere, contains a wide variety of active compounds that stimulate the central nervous system, enhance physical endurance and protect the nervous system. It often is used to promote mental clarity and focus.
Eleuthero
The roots and rhizomes of this plant, found in southeast Russia, northern China, Korea and Japan, can help protect and enhance immunity after exercise, according to research. Studies indicate that eleuthero improves the use of oxygen by exercising muscles. Translation: people can maintain aerobic exercise for longer periods of time and recover more quickly from workouts.
Ashwagandha
This immune-system super-adaptogen and stimulant — a root found in India and Africa — comes power-packed with stress-busting properties. It is used extensively across Asia, and increasingly among athletes and others worldwide who are seeking to boost energy while simultaneously mitigating stress. Among other things, it works with milk thistle to help support normal healthy liver function.
B12 and Methylated folic acid
Both of these are members of the family of B vitamins and work hand-in-hand to deliver enhanced performance. If either of these is in short supply, it is possible that neither will perform important tasks in the body. Folic acid that is not methylated never gets absorbed into the body by as much as 50 percent of the population, according to recent research, which is why our folic acid is methylated. One principal task for B12 and folic acid (also known as B9) is to aid in the formation of healthy red blood cells — vital for athletes and those under stress. Other key aspects of Vitamin B12 include easing discomfort, enhancing immune function and optimizing energy.
Schisandra
The bright red fruit from this woody vine found in northeast China is used as an adaptogen, similar to American ginseng. Laboratory work suggests Schisandra improves athletic performance through strength-building, fatigue reduction, and enhanced energy levels.
Vitamin C
Athletes have turned to this water-soluble vitamin for decades to help reduce discomfort and speed muscle recovery. But the list of Vitamin C benefits to athletes is long and always evolving. Among other things, Vitamin C gets used to: reduce bruising; strengthen capillaries; normalize stress hormone levels; promote connective tissue repair; aid in recovery explicitly tied to athletic pursuits, and boost immune function.
Ginger
People have turned to ginger to aid with healthy digestion function for centuries, and it is essential in our Energy formula. Digestion is important for absorption, and maximizing energy availability.
Astragalus
Astragalus comes from the root of a perennial plant in the pea family that grows in the northern and eastern parts of China as well as in Mongolia and Korea. Astragalus is an adaptogen, reported to help protect the body from physical, mental, or emotional stress.

The amino acid glutamine, along with glucose, manufacture GABA, which is a natural calming agent in the brain. Improving GABA levels in the brain can optimize sleep.
The human body uses this widely-researched chemical to make serotonin, a key substance for normal nerve and brain function. The chemical is a by-product of L-tryptophan, and is produced within the brain. But the same chemical is also made from Griffonia simplicifolia, an African plant.
Research reveals that magnesium can decrease cortisol, a hormone referred to as the “stress hormone” because it is a common culprit for keeping people up at night. The mineral, which is essential to the human body (and often in short supply), also serves as a muscle relaxant, which helps shepherd people into a state of calm after long days of stress.
This trio of herbs is widely used to treat insomnia, helping people drift into sleep and maintaining states or deep rest through the night.
An amino acid found in tea leaves, research shows it boosts GABA, serotonin and dopamine. These neurotransmitters regulate a variety of facets of human life, including sleep. Studies show that L-theanine can promote relaxation, too.
Practitioners of Chinese and traditional Asian medicine routinely prescribe the bark of this tree to treat insomnia. Now, research is showing that it can influence endocannabinoid receptors.
A jujube is typically a small shrub or tree with small yellowish-green petals and drupe fruits that are about the size of a date and range from brown to purplish-black. These fruits are native to southern Asia, including southern and central China. Among others, jujube extract stimulates restful sleep and eases tension.
The California poppy flower, which is found widely across valleys in the western United States and Mexico, has alkaloids that have been identified as stimulators of the neurotransmitter GABA. And research has shown that activating GABA receptors can aid sleep.
