Is our hemp legal?

In the United States, the 2018 Farm Bill (signed into law in December 2018) redefines hemp as an agricultural commodity, and explicitly removes hemp and hemp extracts from the purview of the Controlled Substances Act and the jurisdiction of the Drug Enforcement Administration. The 2014 Farm Bill had legalized industrial hemp and established that it not contain more than 0.3 percent delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) on a dry weight basis. We test every shipment of our hemp to ensure that it meets this THC criteria.
